Our lab performs chemical screens on zebrafish embryos. The chemicals are known, unknown and modified compounds procured from our collaborators. These chemicals are screened for their activity on the development of the zebrafish embryos.  With these chemicals we perform assays like fluorescent-reporter based assays, teratogenic effects and gene expression assays.  |
